Pupils from Our Lady and St Joseph’s RC Primary School in Hackney welcomed children from Beijing as part of a special exchange arranged as part of preparations for London 2012.

Nearly 150 pupils from ten schools celebrated Bike Week on Thursday 23 June with a mass bike ride across Hackney.

Pupils from Gainsborough Primary School got the chance to try out the newly completed Handball Arena in the Olympic Park last week.
